Youth Sports Camps, Speed Camp
Youth Sports Programs include sports performance training at our facility as well as speed camps throughout the year. Performance training is age appropriate and sport specific to meet your goals in any sport including football, soccer, volleyball, baseball, lacrosse, hockey, basketball and others.
Strength Training, Fitness and Conditioning are available to individual athletes, or as Team Training.
Highlights of the training include:
- Small Group training (similar to pro/collegiate training);
- NASM and SportXcel-certified college educated and trained coaches;
- Research-based performance and injury-prevention program;
- Performance tracking and reporting, including results posted with Scout.com and Rivals.com
- Age-appropriate instruction from ages 5-18;
- Sport performance training for football, soccer, volleyball, baseball, lacrosse, hockey, basketball and others;
- Professional-grade running track and turf in 11,000sf state-of-the-art training facility
